I went in Monday night this week at about 10:30 pm where I was greeted with an amazing smile from crew couch Angelo I’m pretty sure his name was! He provided me with an exceptional experience both through conversation and speed, I have never met anyone like him in the best way! I hope he truly gets the attention and appreciation he deserves as he really makes up for the all the times I didn’t have a good experience here! Thank you too him my night got way better than how it was going before I came in. The food was just as good too so give my compliments to the chef! Overall great customer service from the crew coach (I’m hoping his name was Angelo), my husband even mentioned it on the drive home!

Came in tonight to try the new Outback hunger tamers, unfortunately the staff had messed up my burger and I received the wrong things . I came back in to have it replaced and the young girl managing was an absolute delight! She remade the burger herself and gave me extra chips as an apology. Definitely worthwhile visiting this hungry jacks very polite and quick customer service. Props to the manager!

Looking into the kitchen, I noticed most of the staff were teenagers with two managers overseeing. What stood out to me was how carefully one of them was wrapping a burger—something I’d been dreading would be sloppy or rushed. I ordered a cheeseburger and large fries. The fries were only half-filled at first, but when I mentioned it to a manager, they happily topped up another for me without any fuss. That said, the portion size of the large fries felt more like what I’d expect from a medium. I see this as a Hungry Jack’s issue rather than anything to do with the staff or management here. The food itself was fresh, neatly put together, and tasted great. Overall, I left pleasantly surprised and can confidently say I’ll be back. I know fast-food experiences can vary depending on who’s on shift, but today’s visit really restored my belief that these places can still feel like a bit of a treat.

Still better burger then macca. Normally go if my son have friends or we get a discount, over 2 different visits they made the same mistake with an order. The 2nd time I check and they fixed it. Last time the order went well I managed to get several deals and everyone left full.
